Return policy

This policy governs the payment, cancellation, and refund terms for services offered by BeatNeed Ltd (“BeatNeed”).
BeatNeed is a digital service provider. Due to the nature of the services offered, the following terms and conditions apply.
1) General Principle
Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing:
• Payments made are non-refundable.
• Services that have been started cannot be canceled.
• Services provided are irrevocable.
BeatNeed does not guarantee results, performance, or commercial success.
2) Digital Services
Presented by BeatNeed:
• Digital marketing services
• Advertising management
• User flow & growth studies
• Consulting services
• Content & campaign work
Once the process is initiated, the right to a refund does not arise.
The service is deemed to have commenced if any of the following conditions are met:
• Planning the study
• Initiation of the operational process
• Advertising / campaign setup
• Strategy / analysis study
• Resource allocation
3) Abonelikler & Paketler
Subscription and package payments are collected upfront.
Unless otherwise stated:
• No returns for partial use.
• Unused time is non-refundable.
• No refund is required even if the service is suspended.
4) Label Services
All commercial relationships under Label are governed by a separate Label Agreement.
Revenue sharing, accounting, termination, and return terms are subject to the relevant contract.
5) Organization / Booking Services
Booking and event operations are governed by separate Organization/Booking Agreements.
Due to processes dependent on third parties:
• Event cancellation
• Date changes
• Platform / artist / venue decisions
BeatNeed does not have a return obligation.
6) Exceptional Return Cases
BeatNeed reserves the right to issue a refund at its sole discretion.
These situations:
• Legal obligations
• Technical error
• Double charge
• Obvious accounting error
It is limited to.
The exceptional repatriation decision does not set a precedent.
7) Chargeback / Payment Disputes
In case of unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or suspected abuse, report it to BeatNeed:
• You can suspend services
• You can restrict account access.
• They can stop deliveries
• You can initiate legal proceedings.
8) Acceptance
By purchasing services from BeatNeed, you agree to these policies.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the content and services offered through beatneed.com and its associated pages/applications (“Platform”) operated by BeatNeed Ltd.
BeatNeed offers services in the following areas:
• Magazine (editorial content, news, interviews, lists, reviews, guides)
• Music Marketing Agency (campaign, PR, content, advertising, consulting)
• Label (publishing, distribution, label operations and related businesses)
• Organization (booking, events, stage, tours and event operations)
These Terms cover the general use of the Platform. BeatNeed's Agency, Label, and Organization services may also be governed by written agreements (“Commercial Agreement”). In case of conflict, the provisions of the relevant Commercial Agreement shall prevail.
1) Acceptance
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2) Compliance and Accounting
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
It is mandatory that the information provided when creating an account is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
Account information security is the user's responsibility.
All transactions made through the account are considered to belong to the user.
3) Corporate Use and Authorization
If the platform is used on behalf of a company or team, the user:
• He declares that he has the authority to bind the company.
• Agrees to provide any documents that may be requested for authorization verification.
BeatNeed reserves the right to restrict access or suspend transactions in the event of unauthorized, risky, or suspicious activity.
4) Authentication, Compliance, and Security
BeatNeed provides services in the areas of security, fraud prevention, sanctions/embargo compliance, and legal obligations.
• May request identity/company verification
• Services may be temporarily suspended
• Can investigate suspicious transactions
• You can hold or reject payments.
Cooperation with relevant legal authorities may be sought when necessary.
5) Service Descriptions
5.1 Magazine
Magazine content is for informational purposes only.
BeatNeed reserves the right to exercise editorial discretion. Publication, removal, or ranking are not guaranteed.
Magazine content does not constitute commercial, financial, or professional advice.
5.2 Music Marketing Agency
The scope of agency services is determined by the relevant Commercial Agreement.
BeatNeed;
• Platform algorithms
• Editorial decisions
• Third-party policies
• Performance results
It has no control over the outcome, and no specific results are guaranteed.
5.3 Label
All commercial and rights relationships under Label are governed by a separate Label Agreement.
These Terms apply only to provisions relating to the use of the Platform.
5.4 Organization (Booking)
Booking and event operations are governed by separate Organization/Booking Agreements.
Notifications made through the platform alone do not constitute a binding commitment.
6) Fees and Payments
Pricing is specified in the relevant service, offer, or contract.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Payments made are non-refundable.
• Services that have been started cannot be undone.
Taxes and similar government obligations are the responsibility of the customer.
Chargeback / Appeal / Risk Management
In cases of suspected fraud, breach of contract, chargeback, or risk management, BeatNeed is the solution.
• Services may be suspended
• They can stop deliveries
• Can perform offsetting/collection transactions.
7) Acceptable Use
The platform cannot be used for the following purposes:
• Intellectual property infringement
• Misleading statement
• False interaction / manipulation
• Bot / scraping / automation
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Illegal activities
BeatNeed reserves the right to restrict access or terminate an account if a violation is suspected.
8) Content and Rights
All trademarks, designs, and content on the platform belong to BeatNeed or its licensors.
The user declares that they possess the necessary rights to the materials they upload.
Uploading content to the platform grants BeatNeed a limited license necessary for the performance of the service.
9) Third-Party Services
BeatNeed can work with third-party platforms and productions.
BeatNeed is not responsible for the decisions, interruptions, or policies of these services.
10) Suspension and Termination
BeatNeed may suspend or terminate access in the following circumstances:
• Breach of terms
• Security/compliance risk
• Lack of verification
• Legal requirement
These circumstances do not give rise to a right of return.
11) Disclaimer of Warranty
The platform and services are provided "as is".
BeatNeed makes no express or implied warranties other than those required by law.
12) Limitation of Liability
Subject to mandatory legal regulations, BeatNeed;
• Loss of income
• Loss of profit
• Data loss
• Loss of reputation
• Indirect damages
including but not limited to, no liability can be attributed.
BeatNeed's total responsibility:
In consumer transactions:
Amount paid in the last 3 months or £250 (whichever is lower)
In commercial transactions:
Amount paid in the last 3 months or £1,000 (whichever is lower)

Labeling and event services are subject to relevant contracts.
13) Compensation
If BeatNeed suffers any damages due to misuse or infringement of rights that violates these terms, the user agrees to indemnify the company for reasonable damages.
14) Applicable Law
Consumers' essential rights are reserved.
In commercial disputes, unless otherwise specified:
The law of England and Wales applies.
15) Changes
BeatNeed reserves the right to update these Terms.
16) Communication
